Bloody Mary Recipe for a Friday Night
Mix the following ingredients in a pitcher
1 cup Vodka 1 cup V8 Juice 1 cup Clamato 1 ½ tsp Horseradish 2 tsp fresh Lime Juice 2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice 2 tsp of green olive juice 6 dashes Tabasco Sauce 6 dashes Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp Celery Salt
Pour into glass filled with ice
Garnish with celery and green olives.
Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ medium chopped onion
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 cups chicken stock
½ lb fresh broccoli
1 cup carrot , julienned
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
