I am making three flavors of jello shots for his 40th Birthday:

1 Box Orange Jello
Pinnacle Vodka Whipped Cream

Follow instructions on the box of jello. Replace the cold water with the Pinnacle Vodka Whipped Cream. My husband has declared this his favorite of the three flavors I made.

Recipe for Margarita Jello Shot

1 Box Lime Jello
Tequila (Make it decent quality you will be able to taste it) 

Follow instructions on the box of jello. Replace the cold water with the Tequila. I put a small slice of lime on the top of each one to make it look festive.

Recipe for Chocolate Cherry Jello Shot

1 Box of Black Cherry Jello
Three Olives Chocolate Vodka

Follow instructions on the box of jello. Replace the cold water with the Three Olives Chocolate Vodka. I am garnishing each one with a half of Maraschino Cherry. They look really pretty.

My Yummy Temecula Summer Sangria

I can not even begin to tell you the raves I get from this Sangria. I have played with the recipe for about 7 years and I think I have got it right.

Ingredients:
2 bottles of Sangiovese wine (I use crane lake. Don’t use an expensive wine!)
1- ½ cups orange juice
1 - cup Lemonade 
1 cup sugar
1 orange, cut into slices
1 lemon, cut into slices
1 lime , cut into slices

Pour wine, orange juice, lemonade and sugar into a pitcher. Add all the sliced fruit. It is best if it has the chance to sit overnight in the refrigerator, but 2 to 3 hours will do the trick if you are in a rush. Serve over ice. If you have any fresh citrus slices left they make a pretty garnish.
